This was my 2nd time staying at Minimalist Hotel. The Front Office staff were outstanding, very helpful & so polite. Even it wasn't their problem, they did their best to assist us and accommodate our request. When we were seated near the lift lobby, they came out to turn on the fan for us. We were so tired that we didn't even realise that it wasn't even on. Great job to the Front Office Team! I would definitely return and I have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

Nowadays for smokers room is hard to find but for this price range it has divided smoking rooms which is very good for people like us. I know most places wants non smoking rooms but what about those who were smokers...although the parking is public place outside of the hotel, I had no problem to find 1.. Other hotels I came by had to park far.. At nite, it is a quite area also to mention the room itself is quite.. Can't hear noise from next door which is a 👍.. Most hotels at this price range are unable to do 😀

I love the hotel concept , minimalist with everything white it makes me calm when entering the hotel and room.. the carpark is easy to access just in front of the hotel.. water filter, iron board have been provided at lobby hotel , water heater functioning well and the toiletries was complete from toothbrush set , shampoo and body soap.. the room is just nice for me and my husband for a short stay

Just suitable for my family's needs. We were enroute to Mersing so its just a stopover for the night. We checked in near midnight and the reception remained open, as promised. So thank you! And the staff were friendly. Rooms were simple and adequate for our needs. Most importantly, the beds and floors were clean. Toilets were functioning well. A little tucked away from the main road, so its quiet around. However, there were coffee shops around that opened as early as 7am. So getting breakfast was easy before we need to move on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were many good food options right across the street. The room was pretty well maintained. Plenty of street parking available there. The street was quiet at night. Really worth the price!

lovely staff, lovely amenities, hassle free! was not expecting something that could actually be called a hotel because i had such bad experiences in the past with this price. super recommended!

very the minimalist, book this hotel for birthday surprise for my husband unfortunately they didn’t allowed this kind of event, in addition i need to pay an extra RM100 for deposit instead of RM50, luckily i can refund my full deposit if i leave the room without any remains from the birthday surprise.
